The mockup is free and it costs you nothing to walk away

You tell us the business name and what you do. We build a mockup of your actual site and send you a private link. If you do not like it, that is the end of it. You owe nothing, you are not on a list, and we will not chase you.

The price is the price

Four flat prices in Australian dollars:

• A$79, a quick fix. One small change on a site you already have. Done within 48 hours.
• A$250, a fix. One specific problem on a site you already have. About 1 to 3 days, one round of changes.
• A$500, a template site. One of our layouts rebuilt around your business. About 1 to 3 days, two rounds of changes.
• A$1,000, a full custom site. Designed from scratch. About 1 to 3 days, three rounds of changes.

Quoted up front. It does not move once we have agreed it, unless you ask for something outside what we agreed, and we will tell you the new price before we do any of it, not after.

You pay once, at the end

One payment, by card, through a secure Square link. Nothing is due until the site is live and you are happy with it. No deposit. You get a proper tax invoice.

Rounds of changes

Each price includes the rounds listed above. A round means you send us your notes in one go and we work through them. If you want more changes after that, we will quote it, and you can say no.

Timeframes

The day counts above start when you have sent us everything we need: your photos, your words, your logo if you have one. If we are waiting on you, the clock is not running. We will tell you plainly if a job is going to run late.

The domain is yours, in your name

You buy your domain, roughly $15 to $20 a year, and it stays registered in your name. We never register it for you and we never hold it. Plenty of web people keep the domain in their own name so you cannot leave. We will not do that to you.

You own the site

Once you have paid, the site is yours: the design, the copy we wrote, the files. You can take it anywhere, give it to another developer, or change it yourself. Photos you supplied stay yours the whole way through.

Care plans, and what happens if you cancel one

A care plan is optional and month to month. Basic is $20 a month, Plus is $40, Pro is $80. They cover hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, weekly backups and security patches, and the higher tiers add new services to your site as you create them.

Cancel any time. You keep the site and you keep the files. You get 30 days of hosting to move it somewhere else, and nothing is deleted for 90 days. Your site does not vanish the day you stop paying. Some of our competitors do that. We do not.

What we will not do

We will not build anything illegal, anything designed to mislead people, or anything we would be embarrassed to have our name on. We will tell you before we start, not after you have paid.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
