This website collects almost nothing

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It tells us which pages were read, roughly where visitors came from (country, and the site that sent them) and what kind of device they used. It does not follow you to other websites or build a profile of you.

That is the only analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no cookies. Apart from that one visit count going to Cloudflare, the site makes no network calls anywhere else, which you can check yourself in your browser's network tab.

Reading this website is anonymous. We see a count of visits, not who you are.

What we do collect

Only what you send us yourself, by email or through the free mockup form:

• Your name and your business name.
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to add it to the form.
• Whatever you tell us about the business so we can build the mockup: what you do, your photos, your opening hours, your existing website if you have one.

If you become a client, we also keep the invoice record, because we are legally required to.

What we do with it

We use it to build your mockup, build your site, and talk to you about it. That is all.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

Only the services we actually run the business on:

• Square handles payment. Card details go to Square, never to us. We never see or store your card number.
• Our email provider carries the messages between us, the same way any email provider does.
• Cloudflare serves this website and the sites we build, and counts visits to this one with its cookieless Web Analytics.

Nobody else.

How long we keep it

If you ask for a mockup and then go quiet, we delete what you sent within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your project files and invoices for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it.

Getting it back, or deleted

Email [email protected] and ask. We will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it, within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason. The only thing we cannot delete is an invoice we are required to keep.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first at the address above. If we do not sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
