Five steps, and four of them are ours
You see the site before you spend a dollar, and payment is the last step rather than the first. The business tools work the same way, further down.
- You tell us about the business
What you do, where you do it, and what you charge. A message or a voice note is plenty. If you have a logo and photos, send them; if not, we work with what exists.
- We build you a free mockup
Your colours, your services, your photos, on a private link. You look at it on your own phone before any money changes hands. If you do not like it, that is the end of it.
- You say go
We book the work in and send a short list of what we need: logo, photos, services and prices, opening hours. About ten minutes of your time, sent however is easiest.
- We build, you review
One to three days, whichever you pick. You get a private link and tell us what to change, in one message rather than five. Two to three rounds of changes are included and most people use one.
- It goes live and you pay
We point your domain at it and test it on a real phone before we call it done. Payment is one card payment through a secure Square link, and it is the last step, not the first.
Business tools
The tools follow the same shape
AI chat, scheduling, quoting, dashboards: same people, same rule that you see it working before you pay. The only difference is that a tool is scoped and quoted rather than priced off a menu, because no two businesses run on the same spreadsheet.
- You tell us what eats your time
Twenty minutes on the phone, or a message. What you do by hand, what goes wrong, which enquiries you miss. You do not need to know what you want built. That part is ours.
- We show you it answering
For AI chat, we set it up on your real services and prices and let you ask it the questions your customers ask. For anything bigger, a short written scope and one price. If it is not worth building, we say so.
- We build, you use it on real jobs
You get a working version early. Whatever annoys you gets fixed before we call it finished, because the point is that you actually use it.
- It goes live and you pay
Same as the websites. It runs, you are happy, one invoice. AI chat then carries on for a small monthly fee you can cancel any time.

The things people ask
Who owns the site?
You do. Domain in your name, files yours, handed over on request. If you ever want somebody else to work on it, they can.
What if I do not like it?
The mockup is free and the change rounds exist for exactly this. You do not pay until it is live and you are happy.
Can I claim it on tax?
You get a proper tax invoice from a registered Australian business, and a business website is generally deductible. Your accountant can tell you what it is worth in your situation.
Do I have to keep paying?
No. The build is one payment. A care plan is optional, month to month, and cancelling never costs you the site.

See your site before you buy it
Tell us the business name and what you do. We build a mockup of your own site and send it over. If you do not like it, that is the end of it and it has cost you nothing. Want a price instead? Get a quote.
